- You have the basics for breakfast: AS3, XML, Flash Professional
- You're friends with at least one MVC framework
- You're obsessive-compulsive about usability, user interface and look-and-feel
- You breathe in ideas and exhale good, scalable code
- You take ownership. The buck stops with you
