Train-the-trainers programme

Engaging Youth in Financial Emotional Resilience® & Literacy

Through the lens of Financial Emotional Resilience® (FER), this Train-the-Trainers programme equips educators with the skills, tools, and facilitation approaches needed to guide youth towards healthier money narratives, financial confidence, emotional wellbeing, and long-term behavioural change.

With practical tools, first-hand experience, and ready-to-use materials, educators are encouraged to initiate money conversations and apply these engaging approaches with their students as a first step towards building long-term financial confidence and resilience.

Here's what you will experience

Delve into the past to reflect and understand your Inherited Money Narratives. You'll learn how to empower your students to craft a powerful and healthier money narrative for a flourishing life!
Explore and reflect with your students' unique money personality, behaviours, and tendencies. Then, learn to equip them with good mental habits, emotional regulation and daily money management practices to develop Financial Emotional Resilience® (FER).
Learn the principles of Ethan Roland & Gregory Landua's 8 forms of Capital model and guide the students to apply it to design a life filled with abundance.
Master the fundamentals of effective money management, discover the 5 Pillars of Money and put the wealth formula "W = (I-E) x G x T" into action with your students.
Learn basics to crafting the ideal budget for your students' unique financial goals. Plus, gain insights into creating a Future Budget that sets your students on the path to financial wellbeing.
Be confident in answering those concerns on CPF, Insurance, and other financial matters from the students in their own financial management journey.
